Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

To lead the Payroll Service Business

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to define the payroll country set up of the clients and the ongoing maintenance and health of the payroll process with solution.
  • Should provide expertise and outputs to deliver error free payroll calculations and legal compliance into the core pay engine and to maintain the standard set by the company and clients.
  • Leads client activation and acts as the payroll manager supporting the client and internal teams on the account.
  • To deliver a compliant payroll calculations and legal compliance and will be responsible for creating and maintaining the solution.
  • Drive for high performance, takes responsibility and works towards planning targets, overcoming obstacles, setbacks, and uncertainty.
  • Contribute to the company strategy and aligns the strategic priorities of own area with the direction and strategic priorities of the broader organization.
  • Makes timely, informed decisions that consider the facts, goals, constraints, and risks.
  • Facilitates Collaboration, actively engaging and to make joint decision and share best practices.
